Check-In / Check-Out Policies
This property has the following check-in and check-out times and policies.
Check-In: 2:00 PM
Check-Out: 11:00 AM
Property and Cancellation Policies:
- Rates are based on Double or Single occupancy with extra daily charge for 1 additional person subject to prior approval.
- Full payment for stay is due at check-in.
- Sorry, no accommodations for pets.
- All rooms are NON-SMOKING. Smoking in the room is subject to a $100.00 clean-up fee.
- No refunds for early departures.
Seasons
- Summer Season: May 1st Dec 14th
- Winter Season: Dec 15th through April 30th
- Holidays: 4th of July weekend and Thanksgiving including weekend.
Cancellation Policy for Holidays:
- A one-night deposit is required.
- If Cancellation of a Holiday reservation is received at least 15 days prior to Arrival Date no charges will apply and the full deposit will be refunded.
- If the reservation is cancelled with less than 15 days before the arrival date or if the guest is a no-show a charge equivalent to a 1 night stay will be collected from the credit card.
- 30% Deposit is required to guarantee your Reservation for Winter season, Holidays or Group reservations.
- For reservations of three nights or less a minimum deposit of one night is required.
Cancellation Policy for Winter Season:
- If cancellation is received at least 45 days prior to the arrival date during Winter season the deposit will be refunded less a $50.00 administration fee.
- If the cancellation is made with less than 45 days before the date of arrival the deposit will not be refunded.
- Changes to a reservation may be considered as a cancellation depending on the extent of the change. Earlier arrivals and stay extensions would not incurr any penalties.
